Beyond Vision

Wholly dependent on God, we are a welcoming and diverse family of faith to over a thousand people who gather weekly to seek the Lord, surrender to the Scriptures and grow in our understanding of the gospel. Joyfully, we are making disciples of Jesus across all generations. Every stage of life has a place in our church as evidenced by a clear path of discipleship and pastoral care from birth through death. We are a safe place for people to receive healing in Jesus as evidenced by a care ministry that gladly provides thousands of hours of care to people in need. We are a church rooted in community as evidenced by a vibrant small group ministry where people gather to share life and grow up to maturity in Jesus. We are a congregation that is deep in our understanding of Christian theology as evidenced by a robust series of discipleship classes and seminars where people receive theological training to equip them to live out the better story of Jesus. We are a congregation that is deep in our gospel love for our city as evidenced by every member of our church being sent into their God-given realms of influence equipped to make disciples. We have a thriving impact on the next generation as evidenced by hundreds of kids, students and young adults being impacted every week with the love of Jesus and by the creation of an internship program that helps the next generation discover their role in God’s greater story of redemption. We are people who live for the expansion of Jesus’ kingdom as evidenced by the planting of 3 churches and the sending of 10 missionaries who are reaching unreached people with the gospel of Jesus. Every year, we celebrate 100 baptisms, and every day through every ministry and member of our church, we are building beyond ourselves to leave a legacy for Jesus for the next 100 years.

We are seeking to raise $4 million over the next two years to completely eliminate debt and establish a Beyond Us fund.

Why Beyond?

Kids, Students & College

It’s no secret that the next generation is the future of our church. Now is the time to strategically grow and invest in our next generation ministries through staffing and resourcing so that more and more students and young adults find a home at Faith Church. The next hundred years of gospel ministry will be carried forward by these young and upcoming leaders!

Care & Discipleship

In a culture marked by spiritual darkness and biblical illiteracy, robust care and discipleship ministries have never been more vital. We want to appropriately resource our care ministry to go beyond its current borders to serve our community through lay counseling, prayer, marriage mentoring and visitation. We want to make strategic hires in discipleship ministries to meet the spiritual needs of the cultural majority who are no longer familiar with Jesus or theology.

Beyond Us Fund

Nothing is more exciting than seeing how Jesus moves in someone’s heart to begin a new personal ministry. Faith has a long-standing history of investing in church plants and missions opportunities, and we don’t want to slow down now. The fact is, many times we have to say no to some other kind of ministry in order to say yes to new opportunities. The Beyond Us fund will allow us to say yes to church plants, missionaries, local outreach opportunities and so much more without losing momentum in other areas of ministry.

Debt Free Facility

We have carried debt on our facility since we broke ground in the early 2000s. Jesus has provided for us as a church to diligently pay our mortgage balance down to just below $4 million. It is our deep desire to pay down the remainder of the balance on our mortgage loan and hand off a totally debt-free facility to the next generation. This will free up around $25,000 each month – or $300,000 each year – to be invested in ministry.

Why Now?

In 2026, we will need to refinance an estimated mortgage balance of $3.6 million. Jesus has blessed us with an incredibly low interest rate of 2.9% and we anticipate a significant increase to this rate in two years. While we don’t know what the market will bring, we do know that any rate increase will lead to more resources servicing our debt rather than fueling ministry. Accomplishing our Beyond Vision allows us to completely pay off our debt before we have to refinance – a wise investment for now and the future.
